Apart from having fun with the Tee-shirts,  We do offer some other services which maybe of interest.   

• Basic CFD.    Have you ever wondered how much or what if Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) can show you how fluids, such as air or water, behave? 

• FEM,   Finite Element Method, is a numerical technique used to solve complex engineering and mathematical problems by breaking down large systems into smaller, simpler parts called finite elements. It is commonly applied in fields like structural analysis, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics to approximate solutions to partial differential equations

• CAD (Computer-Aided Design); I use FreeCAD to produce 3D drawings that can be used to create your own parts. 

• Electrical.   We use KiCad to design electrical circuits. We can also design and build complete wiring looms for your vehicle. If you have an issue with the electrical system, please don't hesitate to ask.

• Dent removal and basic painting.   While we do not have a dedicated painting booth. We can remove dents and crash damage to a reasonable level. 

• Custom image creation. If you have an image, we can make a water slide decal that you can use for your projects. 

• Custom Gasket manufacturing.  All we need is a clear picture of the gasket and or the surface the gasket is used on, from that, we can provide a gasket up to 2mm from specific gasket material.

CFD（数値流体力学）
空気や水などの流体がどのように流れるのか、また「もしこうしたらどうなるのか」と気になったことはありませんか？ CFD（数値流体力学）を用いることで、その挙動を可視化することが可能です。

FEM（有限要素法）
有限要素法は、大規模な工学的・数学的問題を、小さな要素に分割して解く数値解析手法です。構造解析、熱伝導、流体力学などの分野で広く用いられており、偏微分方程式の近似解を得ることができます。

CAD（コンピュータ支援設計）
FreeCADを使用して3D図面を作成し、部品製作などにご活用いただけます。

電気設計
KiCadを用いた回路設計を行っております。また、自動車用のワイヤーハーネスの設計・製作も可能です。電気系統に関してお困りのことがございましたら、どうぞお気軽にご相談ください。

板金修理と簡易塗装
専用の塗装ブースはございませんが、へこみや事故による損傷をある程度まで修復することが可能です。

カスタム画像作成
ご提供いただいた画像をもとに、水転写デカールを作成することができます。工作やプロジェクトにご利用いただけます。

カスタムガスケット製作
ガスケット本体、またはガスケットが使用されている面の鮮明なお写真をご提供いただければ、専用素材を使用して最大2mm厚までのガスケットを製作いたします。
